One of the demos listed in the deno_kv_oauth package is sketchbook that you can draw an post your own images.

Things like the sketchbook app is usually a content moderation nightmare. What's posted at the time of writing appear to be pretty sane, most likely because the app only supports GitHub OAuth. It hasn't stopped some people from "being smart" by bypassing the 2-colour restriction by drawing to the <canvas> programatically. 😓
