The ostrich manager

A manager's job is to keep the "factory" running as smoothly and efficiently as possible by balancing everyone's interests.

It's totally fine if you have a risk-averse nature, but a managerial role may not be a good fit for you as you have no interest in even looking after anyone's interests — including yours — when it really counts. Or, better still, you could stop being an ostrich.

True courage isn't reckless, it's about facing necessary challenges with integrity and purpose.
